-- JOHN E. DENNER, 37, 333 S. Walnut St., Janesville, at 2:28 a.m. Sunday at the 3000 block of Humes Road. Also cited for obstructing an officer.

-- THEFT at 6:05 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville. The store reported an unidentified male tried to wheel out a shopping cart filled with $900 worth of Xbox 360 game systems and Lego sets. Store security stopped the man before he made it to the exit.
-- FRAUD at 9:39 a.m. Friday at Walgreen's, 1717 Milton Ave., Janesville. A store manager said that three men scammed a cashier out of $358.49. The manager reported one man confused the cashier by repeatedly asking for change in bills of different increments, while the other two men obscured the transaction by distracting other store clerks and blocking their view of the cashier.
