Whippet girls stay perfect
Brooke Trewyn and the Whitewater High girls basketball team continues to roll.
The Whippets broke out to an eight-point lead after the first quarter Saturday and coasted to a 68-45 nonconference win over Westosha Central.
Trewyn led the 5-0 Whippets with 27 points, including three three-point baskets. Dani Dolan added 14 for Whitewater.
Whitewater plays Edgerton in a Rock Valley North contest on Tuesday.
