-- BURGLARY AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY reported at 6:28 a.m. Nov. 19 to the Excalibur Laundry, 1906 Lafayette St., Janesville. Reported damaged were three arcade games valued at $950 and the lock to the soda machine, valued at $100.
-- BURGLARY reported at 9:13 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 400 block of Prospect Avenue, Janesville. Reported taken were copper tiles valued at $40, two typewriters valued at $100 and a wood burning stove valued at $600.
-- BURGLARY reported at 3:31 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 2000 block of West Burbank Avenue, Janesville. Reported taken was a water softener valued at $50.
Accidents
-- BLACK BRIDGE ROAD AND PONTIAC DRIVE in Janesville at 1:18 p.m. Dec. 9. Douglas L. McIlvan, 47, of 923 Caroline St., Janesville, was driving east on Black Bridge Road. After stopping at the sign, he pulled into the intersection where his Dodge Dakota struck a Cadillac Seville driven by Jodi L. Anderson, 47, of 4106 N. Juniper Drive, Janesville. A passenger in Anderson's car, Lacy Anderson, 15, same address, was transported to a local hospital with injuries. Her condition was not available because she is a minor. McIlvan was ticketed for failure to yield.
-- OLD 92 ROAD AND HIGHWAY 59 in the town of Magnolia at 7:20 p.m. Sunday. Stephanie A. Kvalheim, 28, of 20 Water St., Evansville, was driving east on Highway 59. She lost control of her pickup truck on a patch of slush and slid into the oncoming lane. The truck crashed head-on into a Ford Focus driven west on Highway 59 by Jim L. Lisser, 28, of 208 S. Water St., Albany. Kvalheim was transported to St. Mary's Hospital, Madison, but her condition was not available. Lisser and two passengers were transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Lisser Michelle L. Yates, 25, were treated and released. Kortney M. Lisser, 28, was admitted and on Tuesday morning was in good condition. Kvalheim was ticketed for failure to have control of her vehicle.
-- 2414 COUNTY J in the town of La Prairie at 12:03 a.m. Sunday. Tyler K. Bloyer, 22, of 3517 Kingsbridge Drive, Janesville, was driving south on County J when his pickup truck swerved into the ditch, struck a utility pole, went back onto the road and crossed into the east ditch where the truck rolled to a stop against a tree. He was admitted to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where on Tuesday morning he was in good condition. He was ticketed for intoxicated driving and inattentive driving.
