I agree. Boehner is an awful politician. He simply is not good at the game, and we all know that it's just one giant game. He's far to worried about compromise, pleasing everyone in the party, sounding reasonable with the press, ext ext. Now that he has been politically DESTROYED, hopefully everything he will cower down to from Obama's demands, will just be rejected by everyone else in his party, and nothing gets done, and we go over the cliff. I really don't care how we get there, I just want it to go over the cliff.

The senate can pass whatever plan they and the President wish, it still must pass the house. What yesterday shows, is GREAT NEWS for those (like myself) who WANT it to go over the cliff. It just shows that whatever bill comes to the house will FAIL! Boehner will likely NEVER get enough votes no matter what the bill is. So with any luck we will go over the cliff. I'm crossing my fingers!

Boehner says it is up to the President and the Senate to come up with a plan since he cannot.
Does that mean that he will abide by their decision?
If you're gonna pass the buck, you gotta let go of it.
