WCLO's Stan Stricker reviews 2011 with the Rock-Green Realtors Association President

RSS

Rock-Green Realtors Association President Jerry Morse says the final six months of 2011 saw a 20% increase in home sales from the same period the previous year.

Morse says he's optimistic about 2012 for several reasons including increased sales trends, affordability, and less time spent on the market.

End of the year numbers show 2011 as a whole had a 1.8% decrease in home sales, and 9.5% decrease in median prices compared to 2010.
