-- CODY A. CHIDESTER, 17, of 1504 Tyler St., Janesville, at 10:55 a.m. April 26 at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of financial card crimes.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- VERNON E. NOEL III, 24, of 7911 County N, Milton, at 2:17 a.m. June 27 at Caroline and Glen streets in Janesville. The arrest was listed as Noel’s second on an intoxicated driving charge.
-- NICHOLAS J. MEZERA, 22, of 47 S. Harmony Drive, Janesville, at 2:43 a.m. June 30 at Main and Milwaukee streets in Janesville.
Charged
-- PHARON J. VOEGELI, 32, of 1608 S. Willard Ave., Janesville, with felony bail jumping, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic criminal damage to property. He is accused of shouting at a woman and kicking her car door on July 1 in Janesville.
-- ELIJAH L. L’MINGGIO, 23, of 332 N. Jackson St., No. 1, Janesville, with felony failure to report to jail. He was due to report by May 11.
-- CHARLES J. DEES JR., 28, of 1161 Townline Road, Beloit, with first-degree reckless endangerment and attempting to flee from a traffic officer. He is accused of jumping a curb and speeding through a residential neighborhood on Janesville’s east side in an attempt to avoid arrest.
-- QUINCY M. SMITH, 32, of 202 S. Jackson St., No. 5, Janesville, with manufacturing or delivering marijuana. He is accused of selling marijuana to a confidential police informant in January in Janesville.
