-- DANIEL S. SEVERSON, 20, no fixed address, Janesville, at 9:30 p.m. Friday at Atwood and Prospect avenues, Janesville, on a charge of manufacturing/delivering of marijuana.
-- JOSEPH A. VANGAMPLER, 42, of 418 Caroline St., Janesville, at 9:30 p.m. Friday at Atwood and Prospect avenues, Janesville, on a charge of manufacture/deliver of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- AARON E. GRANGAARD, 29, of 214 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, at 9:20 p.m. July 9 at the Rock County Jail on charges of two counts of manufacturing or delivering Schedule 1 or 2 narcotics.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- KYLE R. LOOFBORO, 26, of 419 W. Madison Ave., Milton, at 2:34 a.m. July 8 at Highway 59 and Charley Bluff Road in the town of Milton.
-- RACHEL K. CHURCH, 27, of 2306 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, at 10:58 p.m. July 7 at Beloit Avenue and Palmer Drive in Janesville.
-- ADAM J. KOTAR, 41, Muskego, at 12:57 a.m. July 6 in the parking lot of 6530 S. Highway 51, town of Rock. The arrest was listed as his second on an intoxicated driving charge.
-- RICKEY D. SHEAR, 30, of 953 Benton Ave., Janesville, at 2:11 a.m. Saturday at Center Avenue and State Street, Janesville. Police report Shear fled the vehicle and was arrested for resisting or obstructing an officer.
Accidents
-- COUNTY A AND SCHARINE ROAD, in the town of Bradford at 4:35 a.m. July 7. Cassandra N. Sova, 20, of 806 Ann St., Delavan, was driving west on County A when she lost control of her car on a curve and struck a telephone box and a utility pole. She fell asleep while driving, she told police. She was transported to a local hospital, but her condition was not available. She was cited for failure to wear a seat belt and inattentive driving.

-- STOLEN VEHICLE from 2100 block of Rutledge Ave., Janesville, reported at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday. Police report that the vandalized vehicle was recovered a couple of blocks away.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:45 a.m. Friday to an abandoned trailer in the 3300 block of Highway 51, Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 7:28 p.m. Saturday to a residence in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Janesville. Clothing and electronic items were reported stolen.
-- SUBSTANTIAL BATTERY WITH INTENT TO HARM reported to a woman at 4:37 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of North Martin Road, Janesville. Police were called to a domestic disturbance. The woman received wrist injuries that required stitches, police reported.
Charged
-- WILLIAM C. BUCHANAN III, 31, of 1105 W. Grand Ave., Beloit, with uttering. He is accused of cashing a fake payroll check on May 26 in a bar in the town of Beloit.
-- JEFFREY A. GRANBERG, 49, of 2204 E. Huebbe Parkway, Beloit, with violating a domestic abuse injunction, misdemeanor bail jumping, felony bail jumping and criminal damage to property. He is accused of pouring paint thinner into his ex-girlfriend’s gas tank July 4 while it was parked at an automotive repair shop in the town of Beloit.
-- MICHAEL D. PETERSON, 25, of 1518 Wolcott St., Janesville, with felony possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping. He was a passenger during a traffic stop at 5:04 p.m. July 4 near the intersection of Highway 51 and Townline Road in the town of Beloit.
