Beloit Snappers earn sweep
BELOIT The Beloit Snappers doubled their pleasure Thursday.
Playing two games due to Wednesday’s rainout, Beloit swept a Midwest League doubleheader from Lansing at Pohlman Field. The Snappers won game one, 2-1, before four pitchers combined on a two-hitter in a 4-1 win in game two.
