— Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema says he has no plans to recruit the players at Penn State.

NCAA sanctions in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal will keep the Nittany Lions out of a bowl game for four years and players are being allowed to transfer to another school and get on the field right away. Penn State coach Bill O'Brien has been working hard to keep the players he has.

Bielema says he decided against trying to lure any players to the Badgers. He says it would go against what he calls a Big Ten brotherhood.

Ohio State coach Urban Meyer and Purdue coach Danny Hope won't rule it out, and Illinois coaches were on the Penn State campus this week.
