Milton man arrested on charge of fifth OWI

MILTON — A Milton man was arrested Thursday morning on a charge of intoxicated driving, reportedly his fifth offense, according to the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
Jeffrey Miller, 53, of 3221 E. Dix Drive, Milton, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Thursday after a traffic stop in the area of Highway 59 and North Clear Lake Road. Miller also was ticketed for operating while revoked.
