- BRIANNA A. HERNANDEZ-CARRUTHERS, 21, of 1520 Canyon Drive, Janesville, at 2:43 a.m. Friday at Milwaukee Street and Randall Avenue, Janesville. She was stopped after her car was reported as the suspect vehicle in a vandalism complaint in the 400 block of South Main Street, Janesville. The arrest was listed as Hernandez-Carruthers’ second on an intoxicated driving charge. She had a minor in the vehicle, according to police reports.
- JONATHAN C. FERRARO, 26, of 1252 Friendship Drive, Janesville, at 1:08 a.m. Friday at Lexington Drive and Rutledge Avenue, Janesville. He was stopped after swerving in the roadway.
- MELINDA A. KLOMMHAUS, 33, of 815 Milton Ave., Janesville, at 12:32 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Milton Avenue, Janesville. She was pulled over for speeding and running a red light.
- KEVIN G.E. CULVER, 23, of 5312 S. County H, Orfordville, at 2:41 a.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of West Court Street, Janesville. He was pulled over for speeding and swerving in the roadway.
