Milton wins Badger South finale

OREGON — Josh Kummer rushed for 187 yards and three touchdowns to lead Milton to a 38-14 victory at Oregon in the Badger South Conference finale Friday night.

Oregon took a 14-10 lead, but Kummer led the Red Hawks to their first Badger South victory of the season.

Kummer scored on runs of 6, 10 and 38 yards. Conor Preston added an 82-yard return of a fumble as Milton went to 1-5 and 2-6 overall.

Evan Phillips completed 15 of 23 passes for 190 yards for Milton, which plays Janesville Parker at Monterey Stadium next Friday.
