-- MATTHEW S. BLACK, 23, of 1608 N. Washington St., Janesville, at 1:49 a.m. Friday on Highway 14 west of Cassidy Road, town of Center. It is listed as his second intoxicated-driving arrest. He also was cited for operating while revoked and operating left of center.
-- CURTIS J. PHILLIPS, 36, of 2601 Colley Road, No. 45, Beloit, at 1:46 a.m. Friday on Highway 51 north of Town Line Road, town of Rock.
