Edgerton, Parkview boys basketball teams register Rock victories
Edgerton High's boys basketball team made quick work of Whitewater on Thursday night.
The Crimson Tide raced out to a nine-point lead after the first quarter and cruised to a 64-48 Rock Valley North win.
Jacob Zeimet scored 14 his 22 points in the first half for the Crimson Tide.
Whitewater cut the deficit to 34-29 at the half but could draw no closer the rest of the way.
Adam Converse finished with 13 points and teammate Brennan Deegan added 11 points. Paul Pelayo and Scott Gorsuch scored 14 points apiece for Whitewater.

n Parkview 27, Palmyra-Eagle 24—Charlie Thole scored 10 points in a low-scoring game to lead the Vikings to the Rock Valley South win.
Parkview trailed by one at half but used an 8-3 advantage in the third quarter to take the lead for good.
The Vikings wrap up the conference and regular season with a game at Clinton tonight.
