Intoxicated driving arrests
-- THOMAS K. WALSH, 60, Lancaster, at 2:12 a.m. Feb. 8 at Highway 59 and Goede Road in the town of Fulton.
-- CHADD M. PATCHAK, 28, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 304, Janesville, at 5:06 a.m. Tuesday at Harmony Town Hall and Bingham roads in the town of Harmony. The arrest was listed as Patchak's second on an intoxicated driving charge. He also was ticketed for failure to stop.

-- ROBERT M. HARRIED, 20, Stoughton, with felony theft. He is accused of taking a snowplow blade in April from Howell Heating, Water Street, Evansville. He told police he and two friends lifted it onto a trailer.
-- JOHN S. DIGGLES, 42, of 745 Chelsea Place, Janesville, of felony bail jumping. He is accused of violating an order on Nov. 3 in Janesville to avoid contact with a person and another order to avoid alcohol.
