Wonder how much of the Sandy bill is pork? How much will pay for fraud? The fed govt can't run a lemonade stand so this should be interesting.
I recently made a call to Medicare to check on a bill payment and have never seen such a poorly organized response starting with getting disconnected twice and having to spend over an hour on the phone just to talk to the right person. Besides being hard to understand they were rude and disinterested. I finally called the doctors off ice that had issued the paper work for the bill and a friendly young lady in their business office volunteered to help me. Now I will say the TSA agents who worked at the airport we were recently at were very nice, even under the stress and ornery travelers they have to deal with.
