Knoble leads balanced attack
PLATTEVILLE A balanced attack carried UW-Whitewater's men's basketball team Wednesday night.
Luke Knoble led five players in double figures with 15 points as the Warhawks coasted past UW-Platteville, 74-61, in a WIAC game on the Bo Ryan Court.
Whitewater (12-2, 5-1) led by four at half and pushed the lead to double digits early in the second half. The Warhawks remain a game behind league-leading Stevens Point (6-0).
Quardell Young added 13 points for the Warhawks, while Darnell Harris and Alex Merg had 11 points each. Harris also had a game-high 10 rebounds.
Whitewater travels to UW-Superior on Saturday.
