Wilmot boys keep Lakes' lead
Wilmot High's boys basketball team survived a sluggish offensive night Tuesday to remain in first place in the Southern Lakes Conference.
The visiting Panthers opened up an eight-point halftime lead and cruised to a 49-40 in over Elkhorn.
The Elks, who got a game-high 20 points from Drew Bryson, cut the lead to seven in the second half but could get no closer.
Nate Hensel scored 14 points to lead Wilmot.

-- Union Grove 60, Delavan-Darien 55—Andrew Kazikowski scored 21 points, including five three-point baskets, to lead the visiting Broncos to the Southern Lakes win.
Delavan-Darien, which got 13 points each from Isaac and Isiah Ramos, cut the lead to three with 40 seconds left but missed on a game-tying three-pointer.

Tony Ashley had 16 points to lead Badger, which made it close with a 21-point fourth quarter.
