Dodge leads way for East Troy boys
MILWAUKEE Brown Deer High couldn't dodge a 69-57 loss to East Troy in a boys basketball Division 3 sectional semifinal Thursday at Marquette University High School.
Nate Dodge took control of the first half for the Trojans, scoring 23 of his game-high 30 points as East Troy gained a 42-26 lead. Dodge made seven 3-point baskets, five in the first half.
The Trojans finished with three of their five scorers in double figures. Brett Prahl added 21 points and Alex Prahl chipped in 11.
East Troy (22-3) plays Berlin (19-6) for a trip to state at 2 p.m. Saturday at Arrowhead.
