-- SCOTT A. HAMILTON, 47, of 1629 Green Forest Run, No. 205, Janesville, at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at 400 Linn Street, Janesville, on charges of felony marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia and a Department of Corrections warrant. Also arrested was KRISTINE S. STICH, 41, of 512 W. Holmes St., No. 2, Janesville on charges of possession of prescription medications with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arrested during a traffic stop. An officer pulled the car over after noticing a passenger pulling on a seatbelt while the car was moving.
-- VIRGIL L. TATE, 19, of 222 N. Franklin St., Janesville, at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of maintaining a drug-trafficking place and delivering narcotics.
-- GARRETT T. SIEFERT, 24, of 3907 Milton Ave., No. 126, Janesville, at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday at 209 Cherry St., Janesville, on charges of financial card crimes and theft.
-- SETH C. STRICKLIN, 17, of 2123 Crestview Court, Janesville, at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of battery and abuse of children with the probability of causing great bodily harm. Stricklin is accused of causing physical harm to a 12-year-old he knows.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- MARCEILLE F. DOERR, 51, Sheboygan, at 11 p.m. March 2 on Highway 59 east of Goede Road in the town of Fulton.
Accidents
-- COUNTY H AND COUNTY A in the town of Janesville at 6:17 p.m. Monday. Kevin D. Meister, 32, Brooklyn, was stopped at the sign southbound on County H. Myra M. Ballmer, 49, of 9314 W. Townsend Road, Janesville, was driving east on County A toward the intersection. Meister entered the intersection, and the vehicles collided. Ballmer was transported to a hospital with injuries. Meister was ticketed for failure to yield.

-- BURGLARY reported at 7 p.m. March 1 to a home at 2921 W. Miles Road, Janesville. A door was pried open and a window was damaged. A watch was reported stolen.
-- BURGLARY reported at 6:15 a.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Harmony Circle, Janesville. Two panes of glass in an attached garage were broken, but nothing was reported taken.
Charged
-- TYLER N. FANIS, 27, of 727 S. Main St., Edgerton, with burglary and criminal damage to property. He is accused of taking copper wire from an abandoned building in November on West Lawton Street in Edgerton. A police officer found the materials in a handcart and locked the cart during an investigation. Fanis is accused of cutting the lock.
-- JAIME B. ZAMORA, 16, of 321 E. Racine St., Janesville, with attempting to flee. He is accused of driving faster than 80 mph when a sheriff’s deputy tried to pull him over for speeding on Saturday in Janesville.
-- DAKOTA R.L. DIEHL, 18, Fort Atkinson, with attempted burglary, criminal damage to property and theft and ZACHARY R. MESSIER, 22, Fort Atkinson, with attempted burglary and criminal property damage. Diehl is accused of using a torch and hammer to try to break the lock on a back door on March 25, 2012 at Gander Mountain, 2900 Deerfield Drive, Janesville. When that failed, Diehl, Messier and a woman drove to Wal-Mart where Diehl stole a crowbar. Diehl and Messier tried unsuccessfully to pry open the door at Gander Mountain.
-- JOAN F. STAYNER, 51, of 408 California Court, Janesville, with forgery. She is accused of cashing checks that didn’t belong to her at Milton stores in November and December 2011.
-- TAMMY J. FISHER, 45, of 1357 S. Emerald Grove Road in the town of Bradford with battery of a peace officer, domestic misdemeanor battery and domestic disorderly conduct. She is accused of kicking a sheriff’s deputy on Sunday while he was trying to arrest her after a domestic incident.
