Todd Kosloski, 41, of Janesville, formerly of Neenah, WI, passed away on Dec. 18,2012.
Todd is survived by his daughters, Ashley of Madison, and Melissa of Fort Atkinson; his mother, Rose Kosloski of Neenah; brothers: Jerry(Kathy) Smith of Menasha, Jim (Ann) Sontag of Janesville, Bill (Connie) Sontag of Lake Geneva; and sister, Liz Sontag of Janesville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; special friends: Angie Diaz of Delavan, Pat Deegan of Delavan, and Barb Steele of Watertown. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Kosloski.
A Service is being held on Jan. 5th, 2013, at the ORCHARD VIEW ALLIANCE CHURCH, 2707 Bond Pl., at 1 p.m.
