Raymond John Klug, age 92, passed away at his home on Saturday, July 7, 2012. He was born in Antigo, WI, on Feb. 7, 1920, the son of William and Ida (Boeder) Klug. Raymond married Patricia Garwig on June 14, 1952, in Brodhead Congregational Church. He farmed all of his life on the home farm, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Beloit.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Patricia; niece, Joan Tinker; and nephews, Alan and Bob Bakke. He was preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Bakke; and nephew, Don Bakke.
Services will be held at FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH, 1013 Henry Avenue, Beloit, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, with Pastor Dan Stertz officiating. Friends may call at
NEWCOMER-SILVERTHORN CHAPEL ON THE HILL, Hwy 11 and South Coon Island Road, Orfordville, from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012, and at the CHURCH from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Private burial will be at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery, Brodhead.
