Mark Daniel Ryan, 47, of Beloit, WI, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 24, 2012, in Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 7, 1964, in Janesville, WI, the son of Mark C. and Sally E. (Sheridan) Ryan. Mark attended Turner High School. He married Trisha Mortimer on Sept. 27, 1994, in Beloit, WI. Mark was formerly employed by Sears and was a producer for Beloit Charter Cable Access Station for Beloit College and the City of Beloit programming. He was currently employed by Aarons Lock & Safe as a locksmith. Mark was an outstanding father and adored his two little girls. He was so proud of his beautiful girls and all their accomplishments. Mark enjoyed spending time with his girls, swimming, fishing, gardening and golfing. He was a dedicated Oakland Raider’s fan.
Survivors include his wife, Trisha Ryan of Beloit, WI; two daughters, Janelle and Jordan, both at home; his parents, Mark (Diane) Ryan of Willow Springs, IL, and Sally (Paul) Cole of Beloit; three sisters: Linda Ryan of Beloit, Jeni (Tim) LaRosa of Beloit, and Danielle (Javier) Teniente of Sun Prairie, WI; in-laws, Russell and Ruth Mortimer of Beloit; brothers-in-law, Larry (Mary) Mortimer of Janesville, and Michael (Vicky) Mortimer of Monroe, WI; uncles: Tom (Joelle) Hankins of Beloit, Jim (Helen) Hankins of CA, and Jeff Hankins of Beloit; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Tom Cole; two sisters-in-law, Sherry Mortimer and Robin Mortimer; and grandparents.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, in the DALEY MURPHY WISCH & ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI. A Memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2012, in the DALEY MURPHY WISCH & ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM, with Fr. Gary Krahenbuhl officiating. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be given for his daughter’s college education.
