Alexander Scott Kozlowski, age 51, of Madison, WI, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, following an automobile accident. Alexander was born in Baraboo, WI, on Aug. 1, 1960, the son of Clarence and Loretta (Young) Kozlowski. He attended Whitewater High School and received his associates degree from MATC. Alex was employed as an LPN with Central Wisconsin Center in the Madison area.
Alex is survived by his father, Clarence; his sister, Julia (Russell) Stark of Racine; and his nieces, Jessica and Courtney Stark.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012, at ST. PATRICK CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1225 W. Main St., WHITEWATER, WI, with Father Thomas Perrin celebrating. Friends may call after 10 a.m. at the CHURCH on Friday until the time of the Mass.
