Michael Ray Anderson, age 45, of Sharon, WI, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at the Veteran's Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born July 22, 1967, in Harvard, IL, the son of David and JoAnne (Gasch) Anderson. He married Virginia Cardoza on May 17, 1997, in Clinton, WI. Michael served in the US Army during Desert Storm from July 27, 1985 until May 31, 1992. He was a self-employed carpenter and a member of the VFW.
Michael is survived by his wife, Virginia; a step-grandson, Gabriel Dimitri Acevedo; his parents, David and JoAnne Anderson of Darien, WI; a sister, Kristine (Ronald) Adamski of Baraboo, WI; and two nephews, Shawn and Timothy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH in Walworth, WI, with Rev. James Mehltretter officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Delavan Township, WI. Friends may visit with the family from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, at TOYNTON'S WALWORTH FUNERAL HOME.
