Frances H. Rudolph, Palmyra, WI (1919 - 2013)

Frances H. Rudolph, age 94, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Feb. 22, 2013, at The Glen in Whitewater. She was born on Jan. 11, 1919, in the township of Eagle, WI, to parents, William and Clara (Braun) Frye. Fran was raised in the area and graduated from Palmyra High School in 1937. She married Douglas G. Rudolph on June 25, 1938, in Lake Geneva. She worked for Cold Spring Eggs in Palmyra from 1969 to 1984. She was a member of the Palmyra United Methodist Church.
Frances was the dear mother of Donna (Wayne) Peardon of Spring Hill, FL, William (Jean) Rudolph of Palmyra, and Cathy (Nolan) Carroll of Calhan, CO; dear grandmother of eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and eight great-great- grandchildren; sister of Betty (Alvin) Anderson of Holiday, FL; dearest friend of Suzanne Rudolph, Ted Anderson, Clyde and Barb Jaquith, and Jerry and Mary Walker; sister-in-law of Doris Rudolph. Fran was loved and will be remembered by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas; sisters, Helen Bergland and Grace Janney; and brother, Russell Frye.
Visitation for Fran will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. at the PALMYRA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 122 N. 5th St., Palmyra, WI, with Pastor Karen Klatt officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Palmyra.
