odd Allan Wiedel, age 51, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at home. Todd was born Aug. 2, 1961, to Al and Judi (Paynter) Wiedel in Stoughton, WI. He was raised in Brooklyn, WI, and graduated from Oregon High School in 1980. Todd always felt closest to God when he was out in nature hunting deer or pheasant, fishing, or just "running the dogs". He learned the art of Taxidermy and was very gifted. For the last 15 years, he was a bus driver for the Oregon School District.
Todd is survived by his loving wife, Jolaine; his parents, Al and Judi Wiedel of Brooklyn; his sons: Ryan (Jenny) Wiedel of Edgerton, Austen (Kristi) Wiedel of Woodstock, IL, and Sean Wiedel of Belleville; his brothers, Jeff (Cathi) Wiedel of Evansville, Brad (Karen) Wiedel of Brooklyn; his step-children: Kaley Frautschy at home, Jon Howell of Whitewater, Alexis (Mike) Wedel of Baraboo, Joe (Jackie) Howell of Madison, Patrick (Paula) Howell of Oregon; much adored grandchildren: Lexi, Ty, Olin, Ethan, Alex, Taylor and Paityn. He is further survived by four nieces and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at the BROOKLYN LUTHERAN CHURCH with Reverend Rebecca Ninke officiating. Burial will follow in Graves Cemetery, Rutland Township. A visitation will be held from 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at the WARD FUNERAL HOME, Evansville, WI. Condolences may be made at Wardhurtley.com
