Betty C. (Rademacher) Pfeifer, Whitewater, WI  (1925 - 2012)

Betty C. (Rademacher) Pfeifer, age 87, of Whitewater, died on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, in her home. She was born in Beloit, WI, on Feb. 18, 1925, the daughter of Albert and Elsie (Ortwig) Rademacher. Betty married Raymond I. Pfeifer on March 27, 1942, in Whitewater. Ray preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 1994. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church in Whitewater. Betty worked as a waitress for several area restaurants -Red Hen, Riollo's, Dreamland, Black Hawk Hotel, and Black Horse for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, listening to and supporting her children's band, the Mourning Dayze, and watching her grandchildren play sports and music.
Betty is survived by her children: Ricky J. (Astrid) Pfeifer of East Troy, Rise R. (Jerry) Hebebrand of Whitewater, and Renee A. (Alan Luckett) Pfeifer-Luckett of Whitewater; her grandchildren, Roland A. Luckett and Rachel A. Luckett; her sister, Alberta Schultz of Waukesha; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Beryl Vernice Rademacher.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at FIRST ENGLISH LUTHERAN CHURCH in Whitewater, with the Rev. Steve Hanson officiating. You may greet the family beginning at 2:30 p.m., service to follow at 3 p.m. There will be no visitation.
