Frances L. Felscher, Elkhorn, WI  (1921 - 2013)

Frances L. Felscher, 91, of Cedar Road, Elkhorn, WI, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Willowfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Delavan, WI. She was born March 19, 1921, in Honey Creek, WI. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Lillian (Young) Himebauch. Frances attended Honey Creek Grade School and Rochester School of Agriculture and Domestic Economy. In March of 1957, she married Herbert Felscher. She worked with Herb in the milk hauling business. They owned and operated the Saturday Nite Ballroom in East Troy for many years. In her later working days, she was dinning room hostess at Alpine Valley Resort in East Troy.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Irene (Dave Perkins) Leach of Elkhorn; and by several nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herb; son-in-law, Larry Leach; her special joy, her grandson, Jay Leach; and by her sister, Myrtle Brustman.
Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at HAASE-LOCKWOOD & ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI. Burial will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens in the Town of Delavan, WI. Visitation will be at the FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, from 2 p.m. until time of service.
