Milton High School senior Morgan Blumer is greeted with hand slaps by members of the varsity girls basketball team at a pep rally Friday at the high school. Blumer and the team are headed back to the high school girls basketball state tournament at the Resch Center in Green Bay for the second time in two years. High school officials say it will take nine buses to transport the 475 students who plan to travel to the tournament.
