Some Janesville residents rose early Wednesday and made an effort to clear the still falling snow from driveways and sidewalks. The snow, which started mid-afternoon Tuesday, had piled up to more than 9 inches by 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. Weather officials expected the storm to continue throughout the day and bring another 6-10 inches.
