Speaking of questions, why is this story still posted on Sunday?

The watch was issued April 25, 2008 at 2:48 p.m. That was two days ago.

No question is a stupid question if you are trying to gain knowledge and to make sure you are doing the correct thing. I used to think the WATCH meant..."Watch out...TORNADO!" I was 5 but I might still be confused (as I find other adult friends of mine) if my father hadn't once said..."A watch is when we can all sit out on the patio and enjoy the weather and sit on our chairs to watch. Whereas a warning means..MAYDAY MAYDAY...get the potato salad inside, it's gonna blow away!" Weird I know, but has stuck with me to this day. Also made a five year old feel humor in a tense situation. Ask stupid questions and the good people will help you with the smart answers.

Hannah, you have no reason to apologize for asking an honest question. It was a good question that many people probably have and need to know.
Not all people in Janesville are a smart as the ones that took the time to make you look stupid for asking the question. However, only a truly educated person would take the time to properly explain something rather than ridicule.

Is this a grade school blog? Seriously you don't know the difference between a "watch and warning"?

Yes a watch means conditions are favorable for one to produce. A warning means one has been spotted.
