On Milton School District agrees to pay legal fees

I have never met Mike Garrow, nor do I have kids that attend schools in the Milton School District, but I am really tired of reading repeated articles about this story. Right or wrong, I think we all understand what happened in this case. Stop killing a dead horse, Gazette, and find some other current subjects to write about.

MadKoop, very well said. Jack Hoag does what a great attorney does. Straightforward, given what you said about Jack Hoag's reputation, then I think you meant to say that he is the ONLY choice. I would be happy to compare his reputation with that of McCrory's.

Jack Hoag for judge!

On Who’s best fit for Rock County judge?

Jack Hoag for judge. He is by far the most qualified, hands down!! Jack defends all kinds of clients. The earlier remark about him driving criminals to the polls is ridiculous. Convicted felons on probation cannot even vote!

I have known Jack Hoag for almost 25 years. He is an honorable man who has a very busy practice for one primary reason--because he is an excellent attorney! Barbara McCrory, on the hand, oversaw a family law case of mine. I work two reputable jobs (one FT and one PT), have been a law abiding citizen my entire life, and am a very involved father. She made decisions solely based upon false accusations and heresay by an emotionally disturbed spouse and did not examine the facts. She significantly limited my parental time with our kids and sided with her. If anyone has a gender bias, it is Barbara McCrory!! I am voting for Jack Hoag.

Readers, I urge you NOT to vote for Barbara McCrory. I went through a divorce hearing with my now ex-wife, with Court Commissioner McCrory deciding that I could not have overnight visitation with our kids. This was based upon my now ex's pathological lying and courtroom crying theatrics. Never mind that I am a hard working professional who is actively involved in his kids' extra-curricular activities, with no arrest record whatsoever. She based it solely on my ex's false testimony. She did not take into account what I had to say. She has no credibility in my opinion. Fortunately, the presiding judge at the final hearing saw right through my ex's BS and I regained the overnight visitation. I encourage you to not vote for her.
