On Rock County's health behaviors worsen

Nitrates in the water is terrible in Rock County.
Where is it coming from? The county checks septic tanks every three years and requires an inspection. We pay $150 for septic tank pumping and $15 to the health Department to keep records on this.
At the same time the manure is hauled or pumped on the fields until it runs and there is no restriction. Go figure.

We had car battery thrown at our mailbox. Again when a a new mailbox put up it too was damaged.
I do hope these people get work so they are too tired at night to go around damaging mailboxes.

I see the DNR is responsible for the ethanol plants and air quality. If they can't control the side effects of the production shut them down. They need to police these plants.
The DNR has their hands every where there is trouble. Factory farms, ethanol plants, wind turbines. Wisconsin citizens need to get informed and get mad.
Subsidy and money for certain people and there is no attempt at real quality of life protection.
Contact your Senator and Assemblyman and find out what is going on.

Isn't it interesting? Ethanol is causing problems and sickness and wind turbines are doing the same.
Guess who is involved? Renew Energy. Money is the object and the Governors Task Force on Global Energy. Look it up and see what those people are doing. Our government is not serving us but them selves. It is all about subsidy and gravy train for a few at the peoples expense. Ethanol nor wind turbines are efficient. Read the stuff on the internet.

I am not happy with the DNR who issues all kinds of warnings but is not concerned with safety for people living in rural areas.
The DNR has changed the rules as a first ever allowing large rifle deer hunting in southern Wisconsin. It was always shotgun only for safety reasons and now when the population has increase it is safe????
Do they really care about citizens???
This weekend there is a youth only rifle hunt. Really I am staying in the basement until dark to avoid a stray bullet. What next?

My kids graduated from Parkview many years ago.
They graduated from college and have done well in life. Parkview was not good to my children but it was not the teachers or staff. It was the community and their being unwilling to accept anyone who was sucessful. Sad but true. My kids were careful not to get all A's as it was unpopular to be smart. They learned how to manage people and it has served them well in their lives.

Notice if the Democrats overtake the legislature they threaten to increase money to industrial 500 foot wind turbines. The wind turbines are not self supporting the taxpayer gives money to build them and then pays for the power too.
The energy company uses carbon credit from wind energy and continues to burn coal for most of the energy produce. How can we be so stupid???
Taxpayers are really needing information.

What we really need is 30 day inpatient drug and alcohol treatment.
There is no money for that. Why not offer self pay treatment instead of fining them. Then they would have incentive to complete it. It is not perfect but there is a chance for recovery.
