New laws are not the answer - getting the government involved is never a good idea - it will end badly. The answer is simple: just explain your 'blowing bag' anxiety to your doctor and it will likely be controlled with medication.

What a waste of time picking-up trash from the yard. Just wait it out and the trash goes to someone else's yard. To stop the waves of trash, someone needs to figure out how to deal with those nasty litter bugs.

The dept. of transportation's ill-conceived plans for highway 26 will leave a lasting scar on the local communities. It doesn't make sense to design a truck bypass with roundabouts that are too small for trucks. Some plans must look good on paper in an office somewhere in Madison, but, in practice, the transportation department has an inherent flaw built into it's programs - it allows novel, useless, untested ideas to become a reality, all in the name of expanding the department's operation - growing our huge, over-sized government.
