It just looks like she is following her fathers foot steps. if you look at WCCA her father already has 2nd offense dui. Has an open case against him not for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. GREAT ROLL MODEL... Thats all I got to say. Look for your self.

is for children. This is a family who lost there child. My heart goes out to the family. I know how difficult this is. I lost my mother 4 years ago to a brain aneurysm. It is still hard to deal with.

I hope the family can find a good suppost group. It puts a strain on a family.
My deepest simpathies.

No where in the artical did it state he is an illegal immigrant . Just states he was an immigrant. Being here since 1971 and working I would sure assume he had his green card....

Why does everything now a days have to be turned into a racial thing??? This accident was not part of a racial accident yes Mr Lopez was a mexican but I am sure that Krystal had no clue who was driving the other car.
This blog was all about the accident not if the girl would be black she would get this amount of prison time.She is getting charged as an adult so she will get time in prison but to turn this into a racial situation was just uncalled for. This is not always about nationality.

Sorry that just hit me wrong. I have been reading these blogs the whole time and have not spoke up because a lot of you have made the point very clear. But when I read the racial comment that put me through the roof.

Like I said this was not to offend anyone just making a statement.
