Hey wisconsin your missing out here again. I guess you better go after everyone who makes out of state(internet) purchases and advoids paying tax. I'm sure You'll find the records for that too. Not just cigarettes. Fair is fair. Why single out one group and discriminate. How much money is waiting their?? Food for thought.........
