++If I stand correct, The Officers isn't changing shifts at 11:34. Yes some inmates do study the schedules of officers, however, I don't think that happened in this case++
In response to this JJackson's quote, yes that is right around shift change at 11pm. Usually they run their first checks around that time. If you knew anything about how the jail runs, you would know that.
StoughtonMom--yes they have cameras, but they do not look right into the cell. So there would have been no way to see what he was doing. So again, before you bash the hard working people out there, saying they aren't doing their jobs, know your facts.

+++The staff when you go to visit do treat you as the criminal and it is wrong. The staff need to look at people on the right side of the glass visiting and respect that they are there to see someone and not one of the inmates they can treat like crap and I have seen it many times and it is wrong!!! +++
For all the people whining about how mean the CO's are out there, try being in their shoes. They deal with the scum of Rock County on a daily basis, so forgive them for not being cherry and greeting you with a smile.

Well you know what? If the healthcare is so horrendous, DON'T GO TO JAIL!!! There are millions of people with NO healthcare at all. So why, when someone is NOT a law abiding citizen, should the taxpayers have to pay for THEIR healthcare!!!

++Then 3 weeks later they actually make an arrest and our LOVELY DA puts them in some program called the "deferred prosecution" program. After a year in the program their record is cleared.++
Gonefishin--In regards to your statement about deferred prosecution, that is only used for first time offenders. And it is NOT a dumb program. It is used for people who have a lapse in judgement and have never been in trouble before. And as far as I know the program isn't a year long, just a few months of classes every day. If they successfully complete the course and don't miss classes, the charge is erased from their record.

Obviously yes, it has to be around 32 degrees for it not to rain, but I also have heard then when it is bitterly cold it is essentially too cold to snow.

Biggirl---he was in a vehicle, that has a motor..hence an OWI. When he blew that stop sign, what if a car would have swerved to miss him and gotten in an accident. Someone could have been seriously hurt! Kudos to the PD that picked this loser up!
