Great work. Now these same legilators should go to work on developing a navigable waterway with locks from Beloit to Fort. What a destination for boaters that would be. Think of the businesses that would develop as a result of developing what we have.

The Anchor Inn and its owner are a valuable asset to the Newville /Edgerton area. In addition to providing the best boat launch with adequate parking and dockage, his facility offers an outside entertainment dining area with a playground for the the kids and rental boats. Many jobs result at both this facility as well as surrounding motels, gas stations etc. in the past the sheriffs office worked hand in hand with the Anchor to provide safety. Hope they still are as this is a Rock County gem. Good luck with your party.
