Hers what I don't understand. Ted Thompson said he has to to whats right for this football team and thats move forward with Rodgers as their starting quarterback. Ok understandable I guess. But if doing whats right for the team means doing whats best then why is Ted Thompson and coach McCarthy still in Greenbay? Neither one has done anything possitive for the team other then the playoffs a few years back. And in my book that was more the coaching staff then Thompson.

It takes you years to build good credit and a matter of a few missed payments to mess it all up. Look what the goverment has given to these credit card companys to help them out and what have they done for us. "Nothing"

Its great what the off-duty officers did but how the reporter says the officers wanted copies of the tape for friends back home when clearly two of the off-duty officers walked in with beers. Now the last time I checked that was against the law. Maybe this law doesn't apply to cops,"correct me if I'm wrong." But its crap that these guys are suspose to set an example not only to the people but themselvs as police officers. These officers are in our city represinting their department and their walking around downtown Janesville with open beers. If you seen the video they come in from the right side of the bar so either the came from Main Street or Wiggies if they came from either one or even worse drinking and driving. This type of behavior is unaceptable for people of the law and their department and the city of Janesville needs to look into what these off-duty officers were doing before they entered the bar.

Get a clue, this guys is 40 years old and he knows the difference between right and wrong. Yea we do make mistakes here and there but not 26 pounds of weed mistakes. I bet that 99% of all trash in the river is beer cans or bottles from the canoes tipping over. Its not that people try to litter it just one of those things that happen. These land owners complain but what about the gas stations and other local stores that are bringing in extra money from the tubers and canoer's in their town. Times are tuff right now and atleast people are still spending what extra money they can. The city of Albany and Broadhead should be happy. Now the one thing I don't aggree with is the people that are vandalizing land owners stuff. Thats just plain un-called for. These people should be arrested and fined. Now the other problem is how are the gonna be caught? Maybe some type of survailance should be put in along the river or by the land owners area.
