On Janesville police seeking district's former IT boss

curtaincall:

Get a copy of the paper and read the whole story. You might change your mind on the whole police involvement issue. I have a HUGE problem with a public employee using money from public funds that is earmarked specifically for a specific project, not using all of the money that was "budgeted", and then pocketing the difference. Do you honestly still feel the same way? What this clown did with OUR tax money is downright criminal.

Just a little off topic from the subject, but, how many times in 100 purchases does anyone get change counted back to them...correctly? That is also a skill that has been lost, being replaced with things like "yup" and "here's your change".

Let me forword this by saying before I procede, that any intentional misspelling may be inadvartent, is seperate and superceeds any future misspellings. Also for the sake of arguemint, let's just say that there's a general consenssus that a majority of comment posters are members of a spelling judgmant committee. Their comitment to this endeavour is nonetheless dependunt upon their desire to embaras others and to receive some sort of acknowlegement or lisense to haras others. This is evidenced on ocasion or occurrance, when not having something to say directly related to the topic, the need to bash spelling, which they claim as their either their perogitive or privelige. They feel this service they provide is indispensabel and apparently belies their core beliefs or existance, thus the need for such persaverence acting as a liason for said spelling committee. I withold my name because I am an anonymous poster, and as a weird way of jamming it in, figure it's deductabel.

Was #2 reversible? Is that why it zipped left-handed, or was it like a shirt that buttons left handed? Just curious. Maybe you're better off #2 stays lost?

Tammy,
Thanks for being such a good sport about it. That picture is a classic, right up there with those they show sometimes on Leno/Letterman. The timing of the snap couldn't have been better for people to make "funny" observations. Thanks for sharing.

Justsome1here:
Good point, however, everything else being equal, environment plays a HUGE part in how well someone learns. To ignore that, is to be naive. You can't tell me that two kids, both of equal intelligence, with one that deals daily with a drunk, abusive parent, or any number of other socially disadvantageous situations will learn the same as the same equally intelligent kid who gets all the support they need at home. How do you measure that? I am happy for you that you most likely grew up in the latter, because you obviously haven't experienced the former. In all likelihood you wouldn't be spouting off otherwise.
