Most of the Work Laws and Rights you folks have today are from those Unions you love to hate , most of the time if there is no union theres a wink wink nod system in place for job advancement , so i assume you perfer that , not me . I work in a non union place have a decent job but also see it take place all the time no job posting needed we already know who's filling the position lol .

ya i get it worker people are just a # , i got it .
like i said only get paid a fraction of what others in same industry make .
and again you refer to the UAW.....Lets See why not refer to HUFCOR who's UNION has been their for what like 120 YEARS or more ya lets go their . and has a good re pore with the company . ohhh you dont wanna do that though do you . They have a company retirement plan and 401k's .
