I still believe that it would be better to shut down the program all together.

On Wisconsin unemployment rate at 7.1 percent

Posted on May 17 at 2:49 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Well I will tell you what in my opinion. The problem is Democrats and Republican parties are useless and should go F themselves. We had a chance to put an independent in office last time and what did you do Wisconsin you elected the same guy twice and we got screwed and nothing changed. Republicans and Democrats do nothing more than fight and argue. Ok Democrats and Republicans this question is for both parties how come after all this time through Doyle and Walker are we still at 7.1% unemployment. Well as am independent this tells me that it starts with job creators that keep sending jobs out of Wisconsin and politicians not looking out for the interest of Wisconsin and not working with job creators. To bad no one will recognize this as part of the problem. Democrats and Republicans have been around to long and have out lived their usefulness to a modern economy. If the two parties are unwilling to work to create a strong economy then the time has come for both parties to step aside. Were not in the little leagues anymore. If were going to compete with countries like china we better figure out this economy quick and turn it around or were screwed. See folks Democrats and Republicans are about nothing more than tearing each other down and every time and election cycles through each side undo's what the previous parties do and it is not productive and will never get ahead as long as this is the continued practice so I as what use is a Democrat or a Republican because this Wisconsin Resident is tired exhausted and has had enough of the ****.

Something I am wondering with these numbers is how many people were not counted that stopped looking for work?

On Lawyer: Edgerton police going too far by redacting ID info from reports

Posted on May 16 at 12:58 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

Well I always though it was nothing more than just a request. The Police departments will not release information if a it involve a crime that is sanative to the release of information and can compromise an active investigation. A good example of this happened in 2008 when Brittany Zimmerman was murdered in Madison and everyone was requesting access to the records that compromised the investigation that resulted in her killer not captured to this date. Remember it is just a request.

On Janesville residents describe ideal city manager

Posted on May 16 at 7:25 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

It is to bad that Janesville can't hire from with in the city. There has to be someone in the city that can meat the criteria described in the article. It in my opinion would be better than bringing someone form outside the city that may not stick around as apposed from someone that lives in Janesville and knows the situation well and will stick around for a long time. Janesville should try to hire from with in.

On Milton School Board confident in superintendent pick

Posted on May 15 at 8:13 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

This is the right choice for Milton. Why because the choice comes form with in the district. You know it will take a while to heal the wounds that all this mess caused. I work in the district myself and trust is one of the issues for me. I felt that the School Board should have been open and honest right from when all the started. Another thing that needs to happen before Mr Garrow leaves is he needs to apologize to staff and parents in this district for causing this mess to begin with like tat will ever happen. To those who run this district I expect the new Superintendent and the school board to be open and honest from now on.
