I totally disagree with the smoking ban, i feel that if you don't like the smoke in a bar then go else where!!! Bars are a place to unwind and relax, if a bar owner allows it then post signs saying it is allowed and if you non smokers come in and see the signs then LEAVE. It's a freedom of choice, how many other freedoms are you people going to give away?

let em fail the big 3 needs to be taught a lesson, get rid of the execs and all the high paid CEOs, start over with the hole ball game, new wages, new management exc. maybe if they all start out being paid like most of all the other hard working people in america then people would start buying cars and trucks again.

there are a few no kill shelters in the area, instead of dropping your pets off at the HS, why not try taking them there, drop a few dollars, left over food, toys of the pets so they feel safe exc. at least they may have a chance to live a longer life.

Anything with Mercy Hospital or any mercy care facility is a joke!!!!!
I hope when Deans hospital goes up, mercy hospital goes under. It is the worst hospital and i wouldn't go there for ANYTHING now or ever.

On Retirees flooding dental and vision offices as benefits run out

I'm very pleased that these offices are helping out the retirees, and it's awful that they will be losing their benefits. Hopefully these offices will also be inclined to take on new patients with no insurance as well
