Gee, either that or it's just taken a while for this poor guy to make a really tough decision about filing suit against the ski team he has been a member of for over twenty years. Keep your comments to yourself if you don't know what you are talking about.
You can't even imagine the size of the medical bills for an injury like this, even if he does have insurance. That and I'm sure he also had lost wages. It's not like he's going after millions, he just wants to be fairly compensated for his expenses.
