@concernedwi- Good suggestion to ignore HandBookHarry's comments. Definition of an internet troll is:
" An internet 'troll' is an abusive or obnoxious user who uses shock value to promote arguments and disharmony in online communities." That's HandBook! It is best to not engage.

Where was everyone in 2005 when the IRS targeted the NAACP for an audit. No outrage then was there? Maybe the people working at the IRS are just a*s&$#*s. We all know they are and have known it for years.

Adding time to the school day, adding more classes, and increasing credits needed will do absolutely no good in raising ACT scores. Until the adults in this community begin to encourage kids to "aim higher" and to excel in school instead of criticizing the district and the staff at every turn, I'm afraid it's hopeless. As evidenced on these blogs, people do not and will not support a decent education in Janesville. That's the sad news. The good news is that those kids who would do well on the ACT to begin with will have more opportunities to learn and move on in life.

@fear- Sure there is. A contrived- one year before election made up surplus that Walker hopes will take attention away from his miserable failures as governor.

Oh and by the way 916WI- The state of California now has a SURPLUS after decades of operating on a deficit. Funny thing is they now have a "liberal" Governor.

@916- Good guessing game but wrong. This particular child lives in a Red state. You are really really really good at throwing out the term "liberal" whenever you have nothing constructive to say. Get some new material, your tripe is getting old.

@916- You are probably right. One of my kids is a Judge on the West Coast. That probably
