I dont really know what to say here but I will try.What kind of parent screws up so bad that a child needs to be on the street or in shelters? You have to be REALLY awful,in my mind. Why did you even have kids? Did you want them? Did you think it would fix your relationship?Did you think it would end your bad "habit"? COME ON!!!! This kind of stuff makes me sick in my heart that I cant help everyone that needs help.Worse yet,the so called parents cant fix it either!(or dont care to)

I would do my jumps and spins during open skate because that is the only time I could.They dont simply open the rink for those like me ! Well,I suppose I could have spent a few hundred dollars to have it to myself,but who has that kind of money?I did try very hard to stay out of the way of others and it was easy,most of time.It seemed that all of a sudden the little hockey people did those things on purpose ! I could see it in their faces!They thought it was funny. Trust me,I never did anything on the ice that was extreme or taking up too much space.I kept myself in a small corner to practice!

Wow ! This is a hateful site! Let me try to not get yelled at here! I work,pay bills and have a family of 6. That's not cheap.We dont get to go out to eat very often for obvious reasons. I heard of the Denny's thing well before it happened but didnt go because I knew the wait would be too long.I have food in my house so Im ok. Freeloaders? Kiss my butt ! My family deserves something ,occasionally,that wont put us any more below poverty level than what we already are ! Tipping? I will not go anywhere to eat or order out if I cant tip at least $5. The only reason I would never tip is if the waitress was awful.I have had that many times.I was at a restaurant on Center ave. a few months ago and the waitress did as little for us a possible.She paid more attention to the couple of regulars in there than us. I had to go find a straw for my pop myself !(among other things) Needless to say,she got no tip ! Sometimes food needs to be sent back but I dont see that as the waitresses fault.She would get tipped anyway!

To clarify, When you're in mid air to perform a jump or spinning very fast,then all of a sudden a little 8 yr. old hockey kid darts in front of you,there isnt much you can do but hit him! I even was a loud at one time to have my own space with orange cones around me and it STILL happened!

I think there is so much emphasis on violent sports that we dont need anymore.Then again,Im a little bias. I was a figure skater for much of my life and think it is a beautiful,graceful,non-violent thing to do. Im not against hockey,but why not put figure skating in the news? I never see that ! I cant even get a hold of the ice rink or find a website to sign my kids up to learn to skate! One of the reasons I quit skating was because of all the hockey players that would purposely get in my way during a jump or spin. Maybe there ought to be separate hours for different types of skaters so no one gets hurt!

he was dressed as one of the lab rats,nerdy type,goofy guy! I saw that episode! Wonder Woman was my hero as a kid! Even had the Under roos!

mzdiz,I have a few pillows that are made from old couch cushions.Of course they have been bleached and washed,or I wouldnt offer.They are always washable for re-use and are very comfortable.They dont die like regular pillows.A friend of mine makes them for us and my mom has a few she has never used.If you are interested,let me know.Im not sure where re-useable items fall on your "can give" list.

There are so many in need.I wish I could do more for them than just opening my garage doors.As it is that is all I can do right now.There are still some warm coats,clothing and maybe some blankets in there.Contact me,PLEASE!And, yes,I am one who has been there !! I know how hard it is and I want to help.

I worked for creeps such as these people when I was 18.Was the most horrifying experience of my life.Turns out,I couldnt sell water if someone were on fire.I sucked at it.Needless to say,I went hungry a lot and got screamed at all the time. I also cared for one of the survivors of this crash in a nursing home.Brought back too many memories for me.I felt so bad for this kid.I hope these so called "businesses" get shut down forever!!!!
