On Family Size: When to Say When?

Posted on November 20 at 12:38 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

I agree with your mother-in-law that you know when your family is complete. We had a boy first, then a girl. Most people said, you should stop, you have one of each! Something just didn't quite feel complete though and when we became pregnant by surprise with the third, everything just felt like it was supposed to happen. Today, I can't imagine my life without my youngest little boy. He makes me smile every single day and is a joy to be raising. We feel extremely lucky with the three we have and all are healthy. We absolutely feel like he was the missing link and we definitely feel complete now. It's just this overcoming feeling of contentment and happiness now that our family truly is complete. I say, if you're wavering, there is a reason and go ahead and have the third if you can manage to and take care of him/her. Good luck in your decision making!

On Wis. astronaut leaves this week for 3rd space trip

He is an astronaut! Not some guy on the street that spends his extra money flying to space for fun. A simple search on the internet shows a ton of information on him and his expertise. We should be proud that a Wisconsin Astronaut is heading to space this week.

LovinIt: I'm almost positive Janesville does not have a 4th of July parade. They do a Memorial Day parade, but that's it. We always go to Milton's 4th of July parade because Janesville doesn't have one.

On Determining what donations to charity are worth can be taxing

We just did this! Took everything we had leftover and dropped it off at Castaways in Janesville. GREAT people over there that were really appreciative. At least if you take it to Castaways, you know it's funding medical equipment and the Mercy Homeless Shelter right here in Janesville. I have yet to fill out the receipt and go back to get it signed for the tax deduction, but I can see how that will take some work!

On Chicago woman dies from motorcycle accident

If you re-read the article, it clearly states that the accident happened on Saturday, she passed away on Monday. The coroner's office and state patrol take a few days to release reports, so I'm sure the Gazette staff waited to post the news until everything was official and verified. I feel for this poor family who lost their loved one.

We arrived at 9:30am. We waited an hour, but it was worth it. Breakfast was good and everyone waiting seemed pretty patient. There was a lot of high schoolers there even at 9:30am, so I'm not sure how they were all getting out of school.

Matthew516, There is an article from today in the local section on the website. The article says he will remain in jail on a $30,000 cash bond. There is also a picture of him wearing a orange suit with handcuffs. So he came from the jail to court.

You've got to be kidding, right Badgerlvr? He slowed to a near stop and had lights and sirens on. People should be paying attention to emergency vehicles. If that was your house, you'd want help to get their ASAP and probably would complain about the few minutes it would take for them to get to you to track down the criminals!
