On Republicans keep committing vote fraud

I have read every comment here and I can only shake my head in disbelief. Contrary to popular belief, voting is a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Yes the right can be lost, just as the right to live free in society can be lost by obtaining a felony charge. Driving is a privilege. What frightens me more than the McCain/Palin ticket is the sheep mentality (based on some of these posts) of the American people. They hear a line on the news, Saturday Night Live, or on a blog and cannot be convinced that it is a lie, satire, or just a joke. They base opinions and votes on these things. What is depressing to me is the lack of concern for one another, especially for "we the people". Republican/Democrat/Independent is not a race, gender, creed, (although it has turned into red & blue colors), or any protected class. It is a political belief. It should not be an avenue of personal attack based on what side you are on. Obama is NOT the Messiah...the Messiah’s name is Jesus Christ. Obama merely wants to TRY to do things differently because what’s been the status quo IS NOT WORKING! But because of the color of his skin, there are those who want to derail his efforts by “any means necessary”… (Sound familiar to anyone?). (Gazette, get ready for an explosion of posts). The only thing that needs to happen has been spelled out by the Messiah: 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Go back and re-read these posts…we need a healing people…

Testerrific...in response to your comments about the "messiah"...I was responding to the post of russ68-Sept. 17 8:05 a.m. "Hey Joel, why don't you ask your messiah Obama..." And for the record, I did not accidently quote the bible...I did it on purpose. The next time you are "kickin it" with God, ask him about me...
