On New Wis. law: New drivers can't use cellphones

So why not make it illegal for everyone? Not sure why they are targeting just "inexperienced" and young drivers. Daily, I see people all over the road who don't fit into those categories. As usual, Wisconsin will be one of the last states to make something illegal that would save lives.

We do eggs this way for something different. We really enjoy it.
Spray a ramekin with cooking spray. Put frozen cubed hashbrowns in the bottom. We use O'brien hashbrowns. Season w salt and pepper or any seasoning you like. Break an egg over the top of hashbrowns. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. We use a mexican blend but also use pepperjack for more kick. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 mins.
After you do this a few times you will figure out how easy it is to try different potatoes and cheeses. Cant really screw it up.

Carlitosway-your not giving smokers enough credit. The city thought smokers would know not to litter and would use a waste basket. Oh, wait, smokers have never quite figured that one out, before or after the smoking ban. They need to start fining the ignorant slobs that throw their cigarette butts on the ground.

She did heavier drugs for many years. Lucky she lived as long as she did.
Train wreck that had too many yes people working for her.
Until the autopsy shows natural causes or some other cause,
I'll stick with she's lucky she didnt over dose earlier.
